Welcome to Hey Sam, tattoo studio !!! We appreciate your trust in us to provide a safe, professional and enjoyable Tattoo experience. Please review our policies below as they are desired to ensure transparency and a smooth process for all of our clients by booking an appointment with us. You agreed to the following term.

Appointment deposits and cancellations:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all Tattoo appointments. This deposit will be credited towards your final cost of your tattoo.

  • Canceling or rescheduling request must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiting your deposit.

  • Tattoo Company reserves the right to cancel appointments at any time. Client appointment will be rescheduled

Inclement weather policy:

  • Safety first in the event of inclement weather, heavy snow, severe storms that may impact safe travel please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling.

  • Rescheduling options-we understand that whether related issues can arrive unexpectedly if an appointment needs to be rescheduled due to severe weather we are happy to work with you to find a new date and time.

  • Refunds not available-due to the nature of our services at the time with reserved. No refunds will be provided for weather related rescheduling however, we will prioritize your appointment in our schedule to accommodate any disruption.

Rescheduling policy:

  • If you need to reschedule for any reason, other than weather, please notify at least 48 hours in advance and rescheduling fee may apply if less notice is provided.

Age requirement:

  • All clients must be at least 18 years old with valid id to receive a tattoo.

Health and Safety:

  • We follow rigorous health and safety protocol to assure a safe environment for both our client and artists. Please inform us  of any health conditions or concerns prior to your appointment.

Walk in clients policy:

  • Availability: Walk-ins are welcome! between 8am to 9:30pm However, availability is limited and would depend on the artist schedule and current appointments.

  • First come first serve: Walk-ins are handled on a first come first serve basis. Please be aware that there may be a wait particularly during peak hours.

  • Deposit policy for walk-ins: A deposit may be required for a walk-in services depending on the nature and size of the tattoo. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost.

  • Design and consultation: walk-in clients are encouraged to bring reference materials or ideas quit consultations are possible for more complex. Designs may require a book appointment.

  • Inclement weather walk-in: if you’re visiting during poor weather conditions, please call ahead to confirm availability as our may be limited or the studio may be closed.

No-show policy:

  • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay an additional fee to rebook.

Client must have an idea, image, reference photo, placement of design before booking

HeySam Tattoo Company will not text back right away. Response text time can be 2 to 4 hours. Your artist could be in the middle of a tattoo and will be wearing gloves. Cleanliness is important to our clients. Fast response will be calls.
